麦积山石窟位于甘肃天水，它名字的由来是因为从山下看去那山像是麦子垛成的，山上雕刻着上千尊泥胎石塑，它们表情生动、形态各异、千姿百态、栩栩如生，它是我国四大石窟之一。

青海湖位于青海省，它是我国最大的咸水湖，它的美只有身临其境用心去体会，很难用文字描写清楚，在这个咸水湖中独有着一种稀有的鱼—湟鱼，因为它一年才长一两、十年才能长一斤，再加上以前人们过度的捕捞，现在已经濒临灭绝。

腾格里沙漠的沙坡头风景区位于宁夏，在这里我领会到了黄河风情和大漠风光。

原来这里不是景区，当包兰铁路开通后才有了今天的沙坡头公园。

在这次旅行中，我们还买了许多地方特产，像素有红、黑、白、黄宝之称的枸杞、发菜、二羊皮、甘草；还有藏红花、红景天、牦牛肉干等等，还买了贺兰石饰品、沙漠玫瑰等天然工艺品，我真是太喜欢这些特产了，为了多买些纪念品在这七天里，我总是对妈妈说：“这是给西部作贡献”！ 回到家中我还一直沉浸在欢乐的回忆中，久久不能忘怀，这真是一次令人难忘的旅行呀。
