• 暑假马上就要开始了，相信很多家长都开始头痛，怎么安排孩子的暑假，既不想孩子闷在家里，又想让孩子在暑假能学到一些东西，除了报班，还有什么可以让孩子度过一个开心，有意义的假期呢？

我们先来看看大家所熟悉的计划表

• 我们来看看美国的孩子是怎么设计自己的暑假的。
• 首先找一个时间和孩子商量他想做的事情，或者是家长希望孩子在假期里面学习的内容，这里需要的是家长和孩子之间平等的交流沟通，想到什么就写什么，没有关系，先把所有能想到的要在这个假期里面想做的事情一一记录下来。
• 下面这100件事情是美国孩子假期想做的，我们可以借鉴参考一下。

1. Pick your own...whatever. Find a farm with blueberries, strawberries, tomatoes, flowers, etc., and get picking. 去农场采摘，摘蓝莓、草莓、土豆、花……摘什么都可以！
2. Play outside in the rain. Smell the rain on the pavement; splash in puddles; make mud pies. 在雨中玩耍，闻闻人行道上雨水的味道，跳泥巴坑、玩泥巴
3. Make your own rain. Douse everyone with the hose or sprinkler. 制造雨水，用软管或花洒把每个人弄湿！
4. Take family naps. Parents nap too! 全家一起睡个甜甜的午觉，粑粑麻麻也要一起睡哦！
5. Paint with hands. 画手指画
6. Pack a picnic...frequently. Go beyond the burgers. Try veggies or fish. The kids might like them! 时常野餐！不仅仅是汉堡啦，试试素食或鱼，孩子们会喜欢哦！
7. Make 'smores.' Chocolate marshmallow graham cracker = summer 露天烤巧克力夹心饼干！
8. Camp out. First-timers, try backyard camping. 去露营。新手的话，先在自己家后院先试试！
9. Camp in. Put the sleeping bags on the floor and have a family slumber party. 在家露营，把睡袋放在地板上，全家一起开睡衣派对吧！
10. Stargaze. Invite friends and make a party of it. 和孩子一起仰望星空，呼朋引伴一起吧！
11. Catch lightening bugs. And then watch them flicker away into the night. 捉萤火虫，然后看着它们在夜里慢慢飞逝
12. Rearrange the furniture. Give the kids graph paper and have them draw out a plan first.重新摆家里的家具，给孩子一张方格纸，让他们先画个计划出来！
13. Make your own pizza. 全家人一起动手，自制一张披萨。
14. Invite friends over for a game night. Have a kids' games table and an adult one too.邀请朋友来过“游戏之夜”，设置孩子们的游戏桌和大人们的游戏桌。
15. Build a huge sandcastle. 建一个巨大的沙滩城堡
16. Make dinosuar fossiles from ice. 用冰做恐龙化石
17. Stop to smell the flowers. (Go to a botanical garden.) 路上停下，去闻闻花香（可以去植物园玩）
18. Talk to the animals. (Go to the zoo.)跟动物们说话（去动物园）
19. Get wet. (Go to a water park.)把自己弄湿（去水上公园）
20. Have a puzzle race. Use 100-piece puzzles and see who finishes first.举办家庭拼图大赛，用100块的拼图，看看谁先拼好！
21. Play a card game. Maybe crazy eights, spoons or poker. Take your pick. 全家一起玩扑克
22. Play a board game. Candyland, chess or Monopoly, depending on age and inclination.全家一起玩桌游：糖果乐园棋、国际象棋、大富翁……
23. Make a time capsule and bury it in your backyard. Send a future email to yourself, reminding your family to open it! 制作一个时间胶囊，埋在后院里，给自己寄一封未来的电子邮件，提醒大家开启胶囊！
24. Make a first aid kit with your kids and teach them about the contents. 和孩子们一起自制一个急救包，给他们讲解每个东西的使用方法。
25. Grab some trash bags and gloves, head to a local park, and pick up garbage. Talk to your kids about recycling and how it’s important to look after our planet. 拿些垃圾袋和手套，去当地的公园捡垃圾。告诉孩子们循环回收利用的意义，以及保护地球环境的重要性。
26. Go for a walk in the woods. Bring paper and crayons so you can do rubbings of all the different types of tree bark. 去树林里散步，带上纸和蜡笔，涂鸦出不同种类的树。
27. Learn to waterski or surfing. 学滑水橇或冲浪。
28. Dig in the sand at the beach. Doesn't matter if it's on the ocean, lake or bay. 在沙滩上挖沙子，不管是海边，湖边，还是海湾边上。
29. Set up a blanket under a shady tree and read with your kids. 在树荫下铺一张毯子，然后和孩子们一起读绘本。
30. Take an early morning bird walk. Choose the right field guide.全家一起早期去观鸟，选择对的野外指南。
31. Grow vegetables. And then eat them. 种菜，然后一起吃。
32. Grow flowers. And then arrange them. 种花，然后一起摆放。

38. Decorate your walkways with chalk. Better yet, make your own chalk.在人行道上画粉笔画，最好呢，自制粉笔吧
39. Take a hike. Choose a route near your house or take a drive to a more distant park.去徒步旅行，可以选家旁边的路线，或是开车去远点的公园。
40. Plant a butterfly garden. Watch the butterflies flutter by.养一个蝴蝶园，看蝴蝶翩翩飞舞！
41. Make fresh lemonade. Maybe even sell it at a lemonade stand! 和孩子一起自制柠檬汁，还可以支个小摊卖柠檬汁！
42. Take road trip to a nearby city. Spend the night if you can or just make it a day trip.开车去隔壁城市玩，可以当天往返，也可以住上一晚。
43. Show the kids science is fun. Try some experiments.给孩子展示出科学的趣味，在家做些科学小实验！
44. Make daisy chains and ear them all day! 用雏菊做条项链，戴一整天！
45. Visit a local attraction and play tourist for the day. Take photos, be silly, and buy souvenirs. 去当地的景点玩，当一回游客。拍照，傻傻的，买些纪念品。
46. Read a chapter book aloud. Or even go on and read a whole series together.大声读绘本吧，读一章或是一整本
47. Listen to a classic as an audiobook. Or try these newer audiobooks. 用有声书的形式听一本经典名著，或者听些新的书/绘本。
48. Teach the kids a game you haven't played since you were a kid.教孩子玩些你长大之后就再没玩过的游戏。
49. Volunteer at a senior citizen's residence with your kids. 和孩子们一起去养老院做义工。
50. Start a neighbourhood parade! Ask friends and other families to come out, costume up, and join the parade around your street. kids can make floats from wagons and bikes! 开始一个邻里的大游行！呼朋引伴来参加，穿上服装和道具，孩子们可以用马车或自行车做彩车！
51. Make ice cream.自制美味的冰淇淋！
52. Make your own outdoor movie theater and host movie night! 自家院子里做一个露天电影院，举办电影之夜！
53. Take bike rides for fun. Either leave from your own house or drive to biking trails. 一家人一起骑自行车，可以从家里开始，或是深入到骑行自行车道。
54. Go fishing. In many states kids can drop a line in without a license.去钓鱼，美国很多州允许孩子无牌照钓鱼。
55. Paddle a kayak or a canoe. Or if you're really adventurous try white water rafting.一家人一起划皮艇或独木舟，如果特别喜欢冒险，可以试试激流泛舟。
56. Jump rope. Chant these jump rope rhymes.跳绳，唱些跳绳韵律歌。
57. Press summer flowers. Make a pressed flower picture.采集夏花，把花压在纸上做出艺术品。
58. String beads. Beading for kids can be as simple or complex as you choose. 串珠，可以特别简单，也可以特别复杂！
59. Blow giant bubbles.吹巨型泡泡！
60. Play miniature golf. Can you make the last hole-in-one for a free game?玩迷你高尔夫，最后一局能不能一杆进洞，赢得一次免费的迷你高尔夫？
61. Eat at the counter of a diner. And let the kids spin on the stools.在快餐店的柜台吃顿饭，让孩子们在圆高凳子上转椅子玩
62. Find a new place to play. Easy idea: Clear out the basement or garage. Complicated idea: Build a tree house. 找到一个家里新的地方玩。简单版：清理地库或车库；复杂版：建一个树屋！！！
63. Build a Lego castle. Clear off a table and make it a family project. 建一个乐高城堡：清理干净餐桌，全家人一起动手吧！
64. Master a new skill together. Learn to juggle, play harmonica, do the hula hoop, etc. 全家一起学一种新技能，学会变戏法、吹口琴、转呼啦圈……
65. Teach the grandparents to use Skype. And show off your new skill. 教爷爷奶奶怎么用视频聊天软件Skype，显摆一下宝贝的新技能~
66. Build a fort. Try pillows and blankets in the living room or cardboard boxes in the yard.建一个堡垒，可以在起居室里堆满枕头和床单，或是在院子里堆满硬纸箱。
67. Make fairy houses. Use moss, bark and leaves in a dwelling fit for Thumbelina. 建一个仙女屋，用苔藓、书皮、树叶装饰拇指姑娘的小屋。
68. Write/illustrate a comic book. Make it a group effort or let everyone do their own. 全家一起写 画一本漫画书，大家一起努力哦，每个人要做好自己的那部分。
69. Build your brain. These brainteaser games can help. 激活大脑，一起玩脑筋急转弯游戏。
70. Find a free concert near you. 去听附近的一个免费音乐会
71. Find a kite kit at a hobby store and wait for a windy day! 在兴趣商店买一个风筝，然后等待一个刮风的日子！
72. Run in the yard. Kick ball, wiffle ball, Frisbee and tag will keep you moving.在院子里疯跑，踢球，打棒球，扔飞盘，动起来！
73. Visit a local farmers market. And feast on the fruits and veggies of the season. 去当地的农贸市场，用应季的蔬菜水果一起举办个大餐吧！
74. Create art, i.e. seashell crafts, with beach items. 用沙滩上的东西做艺术品，比如贝壳艺术品。
75. Have breakfast in bed. Take turns being the server and the served. 在床上用早餐，一家人轮流服务、被服务。
76. Play with clay. Then bake your creations to make them permanent.玩黏土，然后烘焙成品，让他们得以永久保存。
77. Make play dough creations. Then rip them up and do it again. 玩培乐多彩泥创作，拆了再拼起来。（小宝宝的话，推荐日本的大米彩泥，误食也没关系）
78. Make paper airplanes. See whose goes the farthest.全家一起折纸飞机，看谁的飞得最远。
79. Join a summer reading club. Parents can list all their books read over the summer too, but I doubt you'll get a prize.参加一个暑假的阅读俱乐部，爸爸妈妈也可以列出你们夏天想读的书，但我怀疑你们能得奖哈哈。
80. Keep a sketch diary. 和娃一起写一本写生和美术日记
81. Write in a journal. At the end of the summer share selections with each other about the highlights of the season.写一本日记，夏天结束的时候，相互分享这个夏天最难忘的瞬间。
82. Spa day! Nail painting, mud masks, and more! 温泉水疗日！涂指甲、敷面膜，享受生活！
83. Make photo gifts online. Grandma will love them.在线做些相片礼物，姥姥/奶奶会喜欢的。
84. Take lessons together. Cooking, yoga, tennis, music, etc.一起上一门课，烹饪啊，瑜伽啊，网球啊，音乐啊，什么都行。
85. Plan a neighbourhood BBQ! 计划一次邻居们一起烧烤！
86. Set up a badminton net. You could use it for volleyball too.支一张羽毛球网，也可以打排球哦（现实版：大点的孩子，可以一家人在小区里打羽毛球）
87. Bring a donation to your local pet shelter and play with the animals. 去给当地的动物收容所捐点钱，和动物们一起玩耍。
88. Create a treasure hunt for kids. Do it on your own property or around town.给孩子们设计一个寻宝游戏，可以只在家里，也可以在整个小镇上。
89. Erect a bird feeder. And then watch the show from your window.立起一个喂鸟器，然后在家里透过窗户看小鸟来聚餐。
90. Join a Junior Ranger program. Both national parks and many state parks have them.参加一个少年巡查员项目，国家公园和很多州立公园都有的。
91. See a dramatic performance together. Doesn't matter if it's a puppet show in the park or a touring Broadway show. 观看一场戏剧性表演，不管是公园里的手偶剧，还是巡回的百老汇演出。
92. Put on your own dramatic performance. Write a script, sew costumes or just do a little improv.自己家开演一场戏剧性表演吧，自己写剧本，缝纫服装，进行一些小小的升级。
93. Make music. Either make your own instruments or play traditional ones.玩音乐，可以自己制作一种乐器，或是演奏一种已有的。
94. Go horseback riding at a local stable. 去当地的马厩骑马吧！
95. Encourage your kids to start a rock collection. Take out a book or look up different kinds of rocks and stones online. 鼓励孩子开始收集岩石，可以（从图书馆）借一本书，或是在线了解不同的岩石。
96. Check under stones for bugs and look them up online with your kids. 和孩子一起翻看岩石底下有没有虫子，然后一起在网上查查是什么虫子。
97. Go to a flea market or garage sale. See if the kids are better negotiators than you.去一次跳蚤市场或是车库拍卖，看看孩子们是不是比你会讲价！
98. Have a garage sale. Kids can earn spending money by selling their old stuff.举办一次车库拍卖，孩子们可以通过卖掉他们的旧物赚零花钱。
99. Climb trees together. Of course, only if the kids are big enough, and you are brave enough.全家一起爬树！当然啦，只有孩子足够大，且你足够勇敢的时候。
100. Have fun with water balloon pinatas. Great for those super hot days! 玩盛满水的气球，适合那些极端酷暑的日子！

然后就是对这些事情落实到每一周，每一天

然后就得到了哪一天做什么事情。还可以做一个，个性时钟。

这样既能做到加深对孩子的了解，增进和孩子之间的情感，真实了解孩子的心里。又能满足孩子的兴趣爱好，达到寓教于乐的目的。
