为什么说科学技术是第一生产力？

很简单，因为在科学技术出现的数百年时间里，人类的生产总量已远远超过过去人类数千年的努力，而且人类的生产速度在科学技术的帮助下还会不断加快。在科技发达的地方，其经济水平也会发达，而在科技落后的国家往往都很贫穷。

科学是目前为止，人类认识自然和改造自然最为有效的工具，它已经深入到了人类工作生活中的方方面面。无论是在制造商品还是种养殖业，科学技术的参考都会使其效率大大提高。可以说，谁能抢先一步获得高科技，谁就能在经济竞争中获得先机，这也是为什么国家要大力推进科技研发力度的原因，科教兴国，科学技术是第一生产力也正源于此。

所以，科学技术也是国家兴亡的关键，全面普及科学知识很重要，大量培养科技人才很重要。近年来，国家对科学技术的研究应用越来越重视，投入也越来越大。但是我觉得，光是这样还远远不够，还必须加大科技宣传力度，宏杨科学精神，让社会处处充满热爱科学的氛围。

要善于培养科技人才，善于发现科技人才，对有效的科技研发项目进行奖励和补助。对于那些敢于创新，勇于奉献的科技型单位及企业进行扶持。普及设立各类科学俱乐部，科技大赛，科研攻关等等更接近百姓的科学单位，努力创造一个人人都可以有机会进行科技创新和科学创造的社会。但愿，这一天能早点到来。。。

科学技术是第一生产力，有依据吗？

一个英语零基础的成年人如何学会英语？

成年人学英语，换个思维So Easy！

我从初一开始学英语，一直学到高中、大学，虽然不是英语专业，也好歹学了整整11年。

工作后，又在国外呆了5年。

也就说，英语纠缠了我目前人生的近一半时间。

回过头来，我会发现，自己在学英语这件事上走了很多弯路，尤其是英语口语。

总结出来，希望未成年人自觉离开，这不一定适合你。

成年人学英语，无非以下几类情况：

在外企上班，老板、上司是歪果仁，不学英语听不懂、说不出，饭碗保不住。

评职称，英语考不过，就算熬到一定年龄能拿到，也比同事晚了好几年，少拿了几年的职称工资。

不服输，跟自己死磕，从初中到大学，一路上英语学得磕磕碰碰，不相信自己就真的学不好，一定要活到老，学到老。

纯兴趣，技多不压身，就喜欢看原版电影，万一出国自由行，勾搭个帅哥、撩个妹子，也是人生一桩快事。

条条大路通罗马，看美剧、背单词、听广播、上培训，请外教……，方法多得很。

可是，很多人还是学不好英语，不是在一条路上跑偏，就是在不同的路之间窜来窜去。罗马永远在前方，就是到不了。

这时候，你需要换个思维，用学汉语的方式学英语。

六个心得送给你：

先看几个成语：聱牙诘屈、绵绵瓜瓞、奉为圭臬、不稂不莠、户枢不蠹，你能读出几个？

再看几个地名：台州、六安、铅山、涪陵、武陟，字都认识，你又能读对几个？

这些，会影响你汉语的流利表达吗？同样的意思，你总能找到相近的词去替换，不是吗？

《新华字典》上的有些字，这辈子你可能都用不上，会影响你的人生吗？

你会讲普通话，会说自己家乡的方言，那你听得懂粤语吗？上海话呢？苏州话呢？（广东人、上海人、苏州人请自行替换为别的地方。）

中国那么多地方，那么多方言，你听得懂几样？

是不是，全部听得懂，你才敢说自己会汉语？

刚出国的头几个月，我明明知道对方在讲英语，可就是听不懂，有口音啊。

你的汉语是怎么学会的？天天看汉语电影？花钱上汉语学校？并没有！

从你出生，一睁开眼睛，就活在汉语环境里，耳濡目染，开口练习。一开始会叫爸爸妈妈，后来能说简单句子，成年了，可以表达很深刻的思想。

「狼孩」为什么不会说人话？没环境，没说过啊。

所以你背了好多单词，《老友记》里的角色认得门清儿，就是不敢开口说，有啥用？

日常交流时，你说汉语，会考虑语法时态吗？会注意句型完整吗？会炫耀文采辞藻吗？

有时候，你只说一个字，对方就能明白。甚至，眼神能表达的，你都不动嘴。

英语也一样啊，能让双方明白就好。你何必费尽心思搜肠刮肚想句型想语法想时态呢？

万一，你说得很地道很漂亮，可对方水平还不如你，没听懂呢？

语言是工具，工具总是在一直创新。

家长英语不好，怎么启蒙宝宝英语？

从小培养孩子的英语能力，宝爸宝妈很有见识。一些建议，希望有帮助：

如果经济条件和时间条件允许，首选机构。机构有专业的人士和适合宝宝的环境，可以让孩子从一开始就对英语产生好感和兴趣，觉得学英语是件快乐的事，可以边玩耍边学习。另外和别的宝宝一起上课，还能促进孩子社交能力的发展。一项国外的研究表明，越早培养孩子的语言能力，对孩子今后的发展越有益处。

宝宝的爸爸或妈妈也要同步学习英语，方便回到家以后巩固宝宝的学习效果。宝宝的记忆能力有限，需要不断复习才能掌握的更好。另外如果宝妈宝爸的英语进步到可以自己教宝宝了，不是也能节省一笔不小的开支嘛。

平时把宝宝的爱好和英语结合在一起，比如宝宝爱画画，可以让宝宝在图画的旁边写上英语的内容。平时宝宝爱看小猪佩奇，可以给宝宝看一集中文版的佩奇，再接着看一集相同内容的英文版佩奇。还有英文版的米奇妙妙屋，作为启蒙内容放给宝宝看也很适合。
