Lemon Chiffon Pie
Ingredients - 1 package lemon-flavored gelatin
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 lemon juice, and grated peel
- 1 can evaporated milk, whipped
- 1 9 - inch pie crust of choice
Directions - Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add sugar, lemon juice and grated peel.
- Fold in whipped evaporated milk (see recipe).
- Spoon into crumb crust.
- Chill until set.
