Crullers
Ingredients - 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup rum
- flour, enough to roll
Directions - Yolks of 4 eggs, sugar, flour and cool melted butter.
- Milk added gradually.
- Lastly the whites.
- Roll out and cut with jagging-iron.
- Cook slowly in lard.
- Sugar and cinnamon scattered over.
