  Mocha Frosting
  Ingredients  

• 1/3  cup  butter, or margarine
• 3  cup confectioners' sugar
• 2   squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
• 1/4  cup strong cold coffee
  

  Directions  

• Cream butter or margarine to consistency of mayonnaise.
• Add half the sugar gradually while continuing to cream.
• Add chocolate; mix well.
• Add remaining sugar gradually.
• Add coffee 1 tablespoon at a time until frosting is fluffy and easy to spread.
• Makes enough to fill and frost a 2-layer cake.
