Mocha Frosting
Ingredients - 1/3 cup butter, or margarine
- 3 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup strong cold coffee
Directions - Cream butter or margarine to consistency of mayonnaise.
- Add half the sugar gradually while continuing to cream.
- Add chocolate; mix well.
- Add remaining sugar gradually.
- Add coffee 1 tablespoon at a time until frosting is fluffy and easy to spread.
- Makes enough to fill and frost a 2-layer cake.
