Cinnamon Whirls
Yield: 16
Ingredients
2 cup biscuit mix
2 tablespoon melted butter, or margarine
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup seedless raisin
Directions
Set oven for hot, 425f.
Grease a 9 by 13-inch baking pan.
Prepare biscuit mix as directed on package.
Roll out on a lightly floured board, in rectangle about 8 by 16 inches.
Brush with melted butter or margarine.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle over dough.
Roll up like jelly roll, and press long edge firmly to keep from unrolling.
Cut in 1-inch slices.
Place, cut side up, in pan.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes.
