Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tbsp melted butter or oil
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Whisk all ingredients until smooth (no lumps).
2. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and lightly grease.
3. Pour a small amount of batter, swirling to cover the pan thinly.
4. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden.
5. Serve with sugar, Nutella, fruit, or syrup.
