4 eggs
¾ cup milk (or half milk, half cream)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
8 slices brioche bread
Butter for cooking
Instructions
1. Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
2. Dip each brioche slice for 10–15 seconds per side.
3. Cook in buttered pan over medium heat, 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
4. Serve with syrup, powdered sugar, condensed milk ( or ice creame !! it tastes the best w vanilla ice cream )
