1 lb rice cakes (tteok)
2 cups water or broth
1 sheet fish cake, sliced
½ onion, sliced
1 green onion, chopped
(Optional: boiled egg, cabbage)
Sauce:
2 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp gochugaru
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp garlic
Instructions:
1. Soak rice cakes if frozen.
2. Boil water/broth, add sauce ingredients.
3. Add rice cakes, fish cake, and onion.
4. Simmer 10–15 min until sauce thickens.
5. Add green onion, serve hot.
