Pin are coin, credits are points needed to increase your user group. Credits are earned by posting and you need 200 credits to get to user group 3 where you can transfer the pin.
4 new posts are 1 credit
10 replies are 1 credit.
So it's like 500 new posts or 2000 replies or a combo of both.
By the time you reach level 3 you will have more pin.
