This year, I'm committed to improving my physical fitness and establishing a consistent exercise routine. My specific goal is to work out at least four times a week, mixing cardio with strength training. I've struggled with consistency in the past, but this time I'm approaching it differently - starting with manageable sessions and gradually building up intensity.
