Hi peeps,

Asking here as well as in the quilting group, I'm looking for any recommendations on a sewing machine. I know my way around sewing, and have been using a little toy sewing machine for two years. It finally stopped working correctly, and since nobody can fix it where I live (called, quite literally, every technician in my city!) it's time for a new one. I don't need anything fancy, just a machine that can handle most fabrics, and stretchy materials, and that can be mantained easily. Any recommendations?

I have numerous machines and like the Brother line. They are pretty solid overall.

I'll look into them! Any particular model you like best?
