Do you color?

Adult coloring is still very popular these days. I like coloring when I'm not in the mood to actually do artwork in colored pencils. It actually helps me to practice techniques. I enjoy fantasy books mostly but do color all types of subjects. My favorite colored pencils are Prismacolor Premier, preferably vintage ones made in the USA. I also use Luminance,  Lightfast and Polychromos but usually for artwork and not coloring. I once tried to create my own hand drawn pages but they were far from perfect. I might try again some day. Here's a page I drew, oddly I never colored it. I drew it freehand and didn't use a ruler.

But it's a great drawing! You're very talented.  I don't colour.  I used to draw, but I wasn't very good.

You draw very well! I've always admired people who draw and paint... I'm not very good at it myself... The most I've managed to do is copy a drawing I like... that's why I like to embroider; it's like painting, but I don't feel the pressure of not being good at it... With threads and fabric, I copy the design, but I make it my own by coloring it with threads...

Thanks. Being able to draw an existing drawing is a good way to learn to draw actually. I was a much better artist when I was young. The one thing I suck at is people, have always struggled with them, not sure why. Animals, landscapes, buildings (especially castles), flowers and tattoo line work are what probably have drawn the most since a young age. I mostly do graphite, pen and ink and colored pencil work, but I do paint on occasion.
Did you know most or many artists actually trace their subjects for painting, colored pencil etc.? Famous artists like Leonardo Da Vinci was famous for it.

Wow! I didn't know that... thanks!. I have a relative who studied fine arts and makes spectacular drawings!

I love to color but do not get to do it as much as I would like. My printer stopped working so I have to ask friends and family to print pictures for me to color.

Yo no suelo dibujar bien pero a veces dibujo algo, sobre todo cuerpos y anime. No tengo mucho dinero para comprar lápices caros pero tengo los lápices Carioca Pastel que son mis favoritos de momento. No tengo en concreto un artista favorito, suelo ver dibujos de cualquier persona para inspirarme.
Tu dibujo es muy bonito, parecía un dibujo de esos libros para colorear.
