Creamy Mushroom Toast
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons cream (or milk)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Toast the bread until golden.
2. Melt butter in a pan and sauté mushrooms until soft.
3. Add cream, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
4. Spoon mushrooms over toast, sprinkle parsley on top, and serve immediately. |
