2-Minute Microwave Mug Cake

Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp flour
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large mug.
2. Microwave on high for about 2 minutes until cooked through.
3. Let cool slightly, then enjoy your single-serve cake!
