Classic Tomato Soup

Ingredients:
- 4 cups chopped tomatoes
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 onion, chopped
Instructions:
1. Sauté onion in a pot until soft.
2. Add tomatoes and broth, simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Blend until smooth. Serve hot.
