Artificial Intelligence or AI, love it or hate it?

I have a love/hate relationship with AI. As an artist it's great for inspiration but can violate copyright as it uses existing images to create a new on as it can't "draw" on its own.

In general areas such as news, social media posts, etc I hate it as it can be incorrect or misleading.


For cake and cookie decorating it causes many issues from incorrect recipes to unrealistic expectations from customers who don't realize an image is fake.
As AI improves with use, the harder it gets to determine what is real and what is AI.

What are your thoughts?

I don't like AI.
Sometimes you think its real,but when you have a closer look its fake.

AI chat on consumer websites when you have a problem are useless, but I do like the AI Overview feature on google when you ask a question.  Of course, I wouldn't take it's word for it on anything important

I NEED AI. because i'm so NOT tech savvy.. I ask chatgpt how to make videos on tiktok (i'm trying to sell)..  i wish i started earlier.. I mean, i ask ai to explain to a dummy.. when i don't understand something, i ask again how to do voice over, how to choose a sound etc.. simple stuff for some people but soooo complicated for me.

just today i asked how to make a video from photos.. and it took me like 30 minutes to make it. with the help of AI

Chatgpt is one of the slowest services. I use Copilot and Leonardo,  especially for image inspiration.

I have a very positive attitude towards AI. I often play with creating pictures, sometimes I try to make a song in Suno.
As for copyright, AI certainly uses other people's images and texts to create something new. But.....
Let's be honest. People do it too. Look at the patterns. There is almost nothing original. Each designer is inspired by someone else's product, modifies it, adds something of his own and starts selling it. The same thing in literature. I won't even mention movies. Everything is the same there, all the same old ideas and plots, and after 15 minutes of watching you can guess the ending.

im not so fond of it replacing humans everywhere, it gets frustrating trying to solve any problem and then an AI misunderstands and you keep going on and on wasting your time away on a problem that could take minutes to solve with the help of a human
