Problem with tranferring

Does anybody can transfer pins?
Its been a long time, maybe 2 months i cannot transfer my pins (It says Transfer Pin repairing). I see that other members can normally transfer their pins, what can i do so to fix the problem and why is it only me that i have this problem? In addition, i can earn pins only once since i make posts and i can earn only some pins from my replies in posts. Do i Something wrong? Thanks you heard me
