1 stick unsalted butter
4TBS ice water
1/2 TSP salt
1/2 TSP sugar
1Cup flour
Cut up butter into small pieces, mix salt and sugar into flour.
Add butter to flour mixture. Using a pastry blender or food processor, blend until mixture forms small pea sized pieces. Add ice water in TBS amounts to flour/butter mixture util the dough sticks together. Form into flat 2 in disk and place in fridge for 30 minutes.
Roll dough into approximately 15 inch circle fold into quarters and place on pie plate patting gently into place. Cut off excess leaving 1/2 in overhang. Fold edge o rust under and using a fork make decorative edge.
Makes 1 pie crust
