Lemon Chiffon Pie


Ingredients
[*]1   package lemon-flavored gelatin
[*]3/4cup boiling water
[*]1/2cupsugar
[*]1    lemon juice, and grated peel
[*]1   can evaporated milk, whipped
[*]1 9 -inch pie crust of choice

Directions
[*]Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add sugar, lemon juice and grated peel.
[*]Fold in whipped evaporated milk (see recipe).
[*]Spoon into crumb crust.
[*]Chill until set.
