Directions
[*]Set oven for hot, 425f.
[*]Line 9- inch pie pan with pastry.
[*]Beat eggs slightly; stir in sugar and salt.
[*]Add milk gradually, mixing thoroughly.
[*]Stir in vanilla.
[*]Pour into unbaked pie shell.
[*]Sprinkle with nutmeg.
[*]Bake 40 minutes, or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
