Crullers
You know this is old when it calls for LardCrullers
Ingredients
[*]4 eggs
[*]1cupsugar
[*]1cupbutter
[*]1cupmilk
[*]1/2cuprum
[*]flour, enough to roll
Directions
[*]Yolks of 4 eggs, sugar, flour and cool melted butter.
[*]Milk added gradually.
[*]Lastly the whites.
[*]Roll out and cut with jagging-iron.
[*]Cook slowly in lard.
[*]Sugar and cinnamon scattered over.
