Mocha Frosting
Mocha FrostingIngredients
[*]1/3cupbutter, or margarine
[*]3cup confectioners' sugar
[*]2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
[*]1/4cup strong cold coffee
Directions
[*]Cream butter or margarine to consistency of mayonnaise.
[*]Add half the sugar gradually while continuing to cream.
[*]Add chocolate; mix well.
[*]Add remaining sugar gradually.
[*]Add coffee 1 tablespoon at a time until frosting is fluffy and easy to spread.
[*]Makes enough to fill and frost a 2-layer cake.
