Fluffy Chocolate Cake
FLUFFY CHOCOLATE CAKE⅔ cup butter1 cup sugar3 eggs, well beaten1 teaspoon vanilla1 Economy Size Bar (7 oz.) Nestlé’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate2 cups sifted all-purpose flour3 teaspoons baking powder¼ teaspoon salt¾ cup milkMelt chocolate in double boiler.
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and stir inmelted chocolate.
Sift dry ingredients together three times. Add alternatelywith milk to chocolate mixture, beat after each addition untilsmooth.
Bake in two well-greased pans at 350° F. for 35 minutes.
Serve with Nestlé’s Chocolate Fudge Frosting.
