In my family (and with my friends too), when it's someone's birthday and they feel embarrassed to say it, we cheer them up by saying something like: Wow! So many years of accumulated knowledge (or what is the same: Wow! How wise you are!  (ha, ha,ha)
I feel like a little girl, but I already have my wrinkles...
but they look great on me (ha, ha, ha)
