Credit requirement for transferring pin

I think the credit requirement for transferring pin is too high, it encourages spam.
I think being user group level 2 (50 credit) is enough, or sync account data to regular pindiy so I would at least have 154 credits.

Several of us have spent the time to level interacting in groups to get there. I agree, there's been a ton of spam in the last few weeks unfortunately. Hopefully we hear soon about the direction of the forum. Alternatively you can also join the book site as well.
