Simple Chickpea Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:
1. Combine chickpeas, cucumber, and tomato in a bowl.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, toss, and serve.
