My ratings are bugged or changed?

The last few days my ratings are bugged. I know that at the start of a new day (server time) they should reset back to 60 based on my level. What happens is it only gives me 20, on a rare occasion it will do 60. Was the rating value changed or is it bugged? I will screenshot it tomorrow if I remember.
