Snowball Cookies I
While most do bake with butter, if you make these with margarine instead, they are actually lighter and much crisper.SnowBall Cookies I
Ingredients
½ cup butter
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup cake flour
1 cup ground walnuts
Directions
Cream together butter and Sugar.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Roll into balls and bake for 30 minutes in a 325°F oven.
When warm, roll in confectioners' sugar and cool.
Repeat rolling in sugar.
