Easy Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients:- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan, scramble eggs, and set aside.
2. Stir-fry peas and carrots, then add rice and eggs.
3. Pour in soy sauce, mix well, and serve.
