Quick Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 cup mixed chopped vegetables (bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic.
2. Add vegetables, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
3. Add soy sauce, cook 1 more minute, serve hot.
