Creamy Tuna Pasta

This simple and satisfying tuna pasta comes together in just 20 minutes. Cook 12 ounces of your favorite pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside. In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat and sauté one diced onion and two minced garlic cloves until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add two cans of drained tuna, breaking it up with a fork, and stir in 1 cup of heavy cream or half-and-half. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened, then toss in the cooked pasta and mix well. Garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
