Yes, but it seems like they know it's a problem because now the button has the word "Repairing" on it. :) Just be patient and it'll be back before you know it!
It's been over two weeks by now and they still don't know how much longer...

It says error when I try to transfer, but I get my pins after 1 day on pindiy.

It took a few hours for the pin to transfer but that link also works for me
