Avatar task doesn't work

Hello! I uploaded an avatar picture, but "complete task" button isn't active.

From what I understand, it's an incentive for older accounts to update their avatar, any account younger than a certain date doesn't apply. They could remove it but :L

Long story short, it's not going to work :Q
